The working environment we have created in our distinctive offices in East London is friendly, supportive and collaborative. While we pride ourselves on our professionalism, the moment you step into our building you will sense we are a long way from the traditional wealth management companies that you may be picturing in your mind.

The eightfourtwo culture is built on the same values and principles we provide for our Members. As a result, when someone joins our team they tend to stay. This helps provide the consistency and seamless service that our Members value so highly.

You will always have access to your personal Financial Planner and Relationship Manager as your main points of contact. They will regularly liaise with our technical experts and analysts to prepare and implement your financial plan. Working alongside these specialists, our management team oversee advice processes, research and governance, providing quality assurance.

This comprehensive structure means each component of your financial plan will have the input of a subject matter expert. Unlike many other wealth management companies, having all this expertise in-house means that we can be considerably more nimble in our decision making.

Our pay and reward structure is designed to further nurture this spirit of teamwork and collaboration. Helping us deliver a consistently outstanding experience for our Members, we are all paid a good salary, with a fair bonus structure that incentivises the right behaviours, rather than the dark art of commission chasing.
